Retrofit Assessments — PAS 2035

As a TrustMark Registered Retrofit Assessor, I carry out the property assessments that underpin PAS 2035 compliant retrofit projects. A Retrofit Assessment is the essential first step before energy efficiency improvements are installed under government-backed schemes.

The assessment captures a detailed survey of the property — its construction, condition, occupancy and energy performance — providing the data a Retrofit Coordinator needs to plan safe, effective improvements. It's required for work funded through ECO4, the Warm Homes Plan, and other grant-supported retrofit programmes.

How to Make a Complaint

WRichardson DEA is committed to providing a professional and accurate service. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service you have received, please follow the steps below. All complaints are handled in accordance with ECMK's complaints procedure and UK GDPR obligations.

Contact WRichardson DEA Directly

Raise your concern directly with me first. I aim to acknowledge all complaints within 3 working days and provide a full response within 10 working days. Email wrichardsondea@outlook.com or call 07801 428829.

Formal Written Complaint

If unresolved at Stage 1, submit a formal written complaint by email including your name, property address, EPC reference, description of the complaint, and desired outcome. Full written response within 15 working days.

Escalate to ECMK

If still dissatisfied, escalate to ECMK, my accreditation scheme, at www.ecmk.co.uk or ECMK Ltd, Centurion House, Leyland, PR25 3UQ.

Further Escalation — Governing Bodies

EPC accuracy complaints may be referred to Landmark Information Group (EPC register operator) or MHCLG. For retrofit complaints, contact TrustMark.
